1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zythe Studio. If your product is defective, you are allowed to make a return to get it fixed, then sent back.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Damaged or not working.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built computers and systems.

  • Software or licenses that have been opened or activated.

  • Consumable items, such as thermal paste or cables.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide information on what is not working 

  • Wait for further instructions from our customer service team.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is expected to be paid by the customer who bought the product. Shipping is the only cost you pay for returning a defective computer, as we will fix it at our expense, and send it back.
